For those desiring a longer session time. We will look at how the stress in your life is affecting you, and get to know your unique responses to that stress. We'll connect with and get to know the parts of you asking for your time and attention, and discover what they need from you. You will be guided to access and trust your core, authentic Self. Together, we'll find safety and healing from past difficult and painful experiences. Over time, old patterns emotionally and physically can fade away or shift.
